About me

My name is Annabel and I've been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years. I'm Level 3 certified and have a Level 3 qualification for Adapting Exercise for Ante & Postnatal clients.

Resistance training is the focus of my programming. This is the key to getting stronger, building muscle, improving body composition, future-proofing your body, and allowing you more freedom in your eating habits! Cardio training is included to complement the resistance work and alongside these practical elements I'll give you nutritional guidance so you fuel yourself appropriately for your goals. I plan progressive and challenging programmes so you see real change. I’ll teach you how to perform exercises properly and plan for you to have consistency over time at the right intensity. You’ll understand the ‘why’ and develop tools to train effectively for the rest of your life!
