The best option if you are looking for face to face sessions, plus a personalised training programme to follow and would benefit from what 1:1 offers - individualised instruction and focus on your own form & technique, as well as personal accountability and motivation

The best option if you are looking for face to face sessions plus a training programme to follow, and most of the same benefits as 1:1; but prefer the social aspect of having a training partner, and is a more cost effective way to train.
