About Me

My name is Annabel

I have experience training many ladies back to fitness over the last 4 years since getting my qualification in Adapting Exercise for Pre & Postnatal clients. They have all had very different levels of fitness but each of them either returned to their pre-pregnancy levels, or actually surpassed what they were capable of before. Their main goals were to reclaim their bodies, to do something for themselves and feel more like their old self again. It is hard to underestimate how important these are! Before I had a child I understood this in theory, but since having my daughter in 2024, I can comprehend this on a much more personal level! I now know firsthand the difficulties of not just wanting to feel like you again, but also trying to maintain and regain fitness during pregnancy and in the postnatal period...all whilst caring for a baby, having zero sleep and seemingly a thousand new things to contend with on a daily basis! It is so important to be fit and healthy not just for yourself, but for your child. I want to help as many other postnatal ladies as I can and get you back to where you want to be - whether you had your little one recently or it's been a while, get in touch and see how I can help you!
